I faced multiple issues during my stay. There was no balcony or terrace to enjoy the evenings, which felt like a significant miss. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom was concerning, as there were unpleasant odors that lingered throughout my stay. These factors really impacted my overall experience and left me frustrated.

after staying 5 nights, I was disappointed. my phone charger barely worked, which woudl ve been a non-issue if someone had lent me an adapter like I assumed they woud. also, I expected water bottles in my room, but no, I had to fill my own at reception. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Lugar Bonito has a fantastic location, just across the street from White Beach. My Deluxe Double Room was decorated uniquely, making it feel special. The bed stood out—comfortable and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. I appreciated the flat-screen TV and the fridge, adding a nice touch for comfort. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. Having the option to enjoy it in my room or on the rooftop with beach views was a highlight. However, there was a noticeable issue with room cleanliness. I found some unwelcome odors in the bathroom, which detracted from my experience. Additionally, the lack of a balcony or terrace meant I missed having an outdoor space to unwind. While I loved the atmosphere, the absence of outdoor seating was a letdown. Despite these downsides, the service went above and beyond. Chiqui, the owner, personally introduced herself and provided useful activity suggestions. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but improvements in cleanliness and facility amenities could enhance the experience further.
